so im 5' 6'' and i ride 155cm line sir francis bacons that i got 2 years ago, i have 100% grown out of them. I am thinking about some old line chronics but they are 178cm long. would these be too big for me?
Im 5'6 and ski 172cm RMU diams. im pretty confident i could easily shred a 178cm ski, but its all about how well you can ski tbh. If youre a good skiier you should definitely be fine, the fact that youre asking though makes me second guess that a little bit hahaha

im pretty decent in the park, i can do solid misty 5 japans, its just rails im worried about tbh, im afraid it might mess me up considering i have been riding short ass skis for a year now.

sounds to me like you'll be fine. It'll take a few days to get used to, I was skiing my buddy's 184 pow skis the other day and its not exactly like its hard to do, its just you gotta get used to the new swing weight. but you'll figure that out real quick.
all depends how good u can ski, im 5' 7.5" and ski 161 but they are too small
Mingggo to a bootfitter
yah I agree, nothing is worse than skis that dont fit
I'm 5'7" and ride 177's and have been considering bigger skis. You'll be fine.
