Hey doods, just wondering if anyone's been riding park at eldora this season, I've seen that Woodward is now involved with xs to med features so I'd be super interested to hear what the setup is looking like. I'm a prospective Uni of Colorado student so would be frothing if there was a fun park in easy striking distance!
It's decent, ~3 jumps and ~5 rails last I checked. They had nicer/harder rails earlier this year but took them out for some reason, maybe they'll get put back up later.
Nothing special compared to Key/Breck/Copper, but 25 minutes from town is hard to beat. (Unless you live in SLC...)
3 jumps, used to me some rails... Now there's not. One flat tube, lots of boxes and small jumps.
I read somewhere (I think on their facebook) that they are catering the parks to the crowds at that time of year. For example, with the holidays rolling around there are lots of tourists and families with young children so they took out all of the non-easy rails. So hopefully they will add those rails back in now that the holidays are over.
Thanks guys, I reckon that's sounding pretty promising considering the size of the hill and the relatively early stage of the season as far as park building goes. I wouldn't expect any particularly massive features but some flowing jump and jib lines in a medium size by the end of Jan would be so nice.
One down rail, one flat down, one down flat down, (not in a line) a small poop tub, three medium jumps, small c box, and the rest is just small boxes
