I'm getting my first pair of park skis this season after having to learn the basics on Jr 2012 bent chetlers. I'm trying to decide between 2016 line tiger snakes or 2016 ON3P filthy riches. this season I'm really trying to work on rails and and perfecting my 3's with grabs. Any other ski recommendations are welcome but I'm really interested in what people have to say about the tigersnakes and filthy riches. Every thread I look on for them people either like them or don't like them.

I dont know anything about em, all I know is I saw them both in the evo store in Portland, and the filthy riches look super skinny, and a park looking ski. The Tigersnake is a lot wider but doesn't look as flashy or like a park ski.
Personally, I'd definitely go with the filthy rich, but I've been skiing park for 10 years. More information would be needed to help you with an accurate answer such as height, weight, all mountain skiing ability, your tendency to break skis percentage of park, all mountain, powder, ect.

Both (2016's) are 88mm underfoot, so the tigersnakes aren't wider. I haven't tried either one so i can't say much more. If you get to demo them somewhere that's a good idea.
A good ski in my opinion is the line mastermind. Not only is it awesome for beginners but it looks really nice as well. Also the mastermind is pretty durable but I did find that the laminate started peeling within a month of riding.

I'm about 5'6, 125 lb, and I'm able to shred anywhere on the mountain on or off piste, except for park is what I'm starting to get more into

Optical illusions, dat money on the ON3P's
I have a pair of line tiger snakes. I haven't ridden them yet but my friend has a pair. From what he has said they are a great ski four your fist year or so in the park. The only comlaint he has said is the durability he has a lotbof top-sheet chips and such keep in mind though that damge like this in not uncommon in park skis. But if your looking for a good ski for your first year or so these sound pretty good
The Masterminds are crap, don't get them, they will die on you before the season is over

have a pair, they wont die but they arent the best. Extruded bases means youll be waxing them every week if you want speed, plus they are poor durability if you ski park everyday. But for a beginner that might hit 10 or 20 rails a season they are perfect, superlight, very easy to get around on. youll feel comfortable on them
I think the tigersnakes were the replecement for the masterminds.
