I am going over to Canada in Late November/Early December to see family and hopefully get to have a cheeky shred. Still trash at park 'n' shit and was wondering what ways you guys use to get better over the summer. I've just been trying to keep fit by bike riding, gym and strapping on my skis and practices presses on my lawn. Any tips would be sick. Cheers

That won't help anything
trampoline, for sure. thats like the best way to learn tricks. if there is a trampoline park like skyzone, or just a regular gymnastics place with some supertramps, thats the best way to practice jumps.

This. If you do not have a tramp there are many trampoline parks all around. even if you are not working on a specific trick, you gain better air awareness.
slackfline helps rail balance a lot in my opinion. Helps me a lot!

I really want to learn 3's this season, is there anything to do on tramps that would help a lot?

No but you should watch this video. Jake's videos help a lot. http://skitutorials.com/index.php/project/how-to-360-on-skis/

You could just do a bunch of spins and get comfortable with 3s 5s 7s and 9s
Also 3s with lots of different grabs
My go to summer training usually consists of trampoline, rock climbing (good full body and core work), lifting, doing cardio to stay in shape, slacklining, and something else i do somewhat often that I feel helps a bit with the coordination and feeling of spinning with rails. What I do/teach is cruises up to a ledge on a longboard, jump off the board and spin landing on the ledge, then spin off to land back on the board. I especially find this a good coordination exercise once you get comfortable, start spinning and going faster.

Why just Corvallis?
It's good to do some 180s, 360s and 540s just standing on the spot in both directions. Not too many though, gotta stay mellow on the joints.
Practice the motion of getting on a rail.
Skateboarding helps a ton. It definitely improves coordination.
Trampolining, lunges, squats, step ups, calve raises, glute bridges, sprints, jogs, etc.
The key is make your you maintain your fitness and coordination.
