ok look, i try to look at things from a rational point of view and look to things that will solve the problem
it does exist that ppl in this country grow up in broken families, do not have money, do not have an education and end up in the high school to prison pipeline
the first thing is not to get these ppl a huge windbreaker that has rainbow tape on the back of it that says VICTIM, lately we have these politicians get up on the stump and try to explain how the playing field isnt level and it is tilted this way, and it your a person of color you cant expect that or poverty. the first thing we do we say to this so called "victim" group is this:
you grew up in a single parent family, you grew up in poverty, no education, fill in the blank whatever, go ahead and join the lineshare of most of the ppl on the planet, now thats the bad news
here is the good news: you live in the United States, if your in Ethiopia im not sure what you can do, but if you live here there is plenty
and it ranges, it ranges from going to take some courses at the local community college to lets get you certified to become a dental hygenist or whatever or a policeman, fireman
YOU ARE NOT A VICTIM, and if you are go ahead and join the other hundred million ppl in this country that grew up in low income with no education, or from a broken family, or whatever
