Does it make you more bounce & go higher? Or does it simply more space to land on and jump on?
well just by using some general experience, larger trampolines do allow you to jump higher. for example. those 48 inch workout trampolines can't get you 3 feet above the trampoline, but large trampoline can get you well over 3 feet, especially with double bouncing. its also nice to have more space to land on because you wont be scared of falling off. since you didnt specify a budget, im going to reccommend you this trampoline:

also, this shouldn't be posted in ski gabber.

I'm with OP i need this tramp knowledge in order to have a "proper" summer
@tschums
Look up a Skywaker 15foot trampoline
Its square, has plenty of bounce and you have a ton of space to jump and land on
I just picked up an 8' x 12' tramp yesterday with net enclosure for $250!! Not as big as some but still has decent bounce and much better than round. Found this used on kijiji. Check out your local used ads.

Maybe when I get a bigger yard this would be my next. Doesn't look very sturdy though. The one I got is Variflex.
Backyard tramps aren't made for you to do dubs on so you really can't expect much out of them. Bigger doesn't necessarily mean bouncier either. Better bed/springs/shape contribute to bounce and the overall design of the tramp
If you're gonna get an 18foot tramp vs a 15 foot tramp just expect more room to land/fuck up but don't expect much difference in bounce.
If you start looking at more expensive tramps that aren't really meant for recreational/back yard-I'm just gonna jump to my butt and come back to my feet all day long-with real beds and quality springs (generally rectangular tramps) then you'll be looking at something that will give you much more bounce and last much longer.
Bigger tramps make you go higher (except if they are lower quality). For a good tramp I would look at acon tramps, they are probably the best garden tramps you can get.
