I'm mad stupid and have a few good options. Help me decide which pass to buy for my freshman year in Northern Lake Tahoe...SNC is in Incline Village...I'm very into having a resort within 30 minutes, powder left after the storms, and fun charging terrain...I love the trees, but having mountain open faced bowl powder runs aren't bad either...I fuck with park only for jumps...help me ski bums of tahoe...
Squaw pass, Tahoe local pass (heavenly, northstar, kirkwood) or Mt rose
Depends on what you want to ski. Northstar will have the best park in tahoe, no matter if its a shit snow year or a great one. Kirkwood and heavenly are a bit farther from snc but are great for all mountain skiing, especially kirkwood on pow days. Squaw and alpine are going to be farther than northstar and their park isnt ever comparable to northstar, but they have better natural skiing and awesome terrain opposed to features. Rose is super close and cheap, they really only have the chutes going for them and is nice for like weekday cruising and as a supplementary pass
