I'm surprised more people aren't mentioning Calvin Barrett. Kid had a few NBDs on some popular Denver spots and a super well rounded edit.
Freddie Grann's ender was FUCKED but as for the rest, let's be real here, there will only ever be one LSM.
Kirk Scully had some sick and unique BC features, that takes a lot of work.
Jacob had by far and away the best production value and is probably the most stylish of the bunch, but (and I can't believe I'm saying this) I wish he would have included some of his jump shots because he has one of my favorite jumping styles.
Vinzez was a fucking madman and as soon as he calms his arms down and gets a little stronger will be a force to be reckoned with. He probably has the brightest future of the group, few people realize the effort and work ethic it takes to film a BC segment.
Josh Wong had some super technical tricks, but he looks like some strange LJ/Will love child (not that it's a bad thing, it just throws me off) and he is fucking annoying on this site and facebook.
Zahner is sick but he needs to save his shots if he's planning on entering this, I feel like I've seen every one of those shots twice before in another edit.
I probably vote for Calvin. All in all I'm so fucking happy to see so much production value in each edit and such a high level of park and urban skiing. I haven't seen the finalists, but I'm guessing this is going to be the most talented crop of skiers yet. From a high level the ski industry is taking resources away from park and urban skiing and shifting them towards touring and "all-mountain" skiing and it just makes me so proud to see that kids are still getting out in the park and in the streets and filming with their friends. I'm fucking pumped for every single one of you, keep doing what you're doing (except Josh, do everything you're doing except making annoying threads about coaching and having so many melodramatic facebook updates).
