Do think they are gay or useful?
Your spine isn't something to mess around with, I don't personally wear one but if I was out tucking flips all the time, and lived at a resort with a bigger park I most likely would, you don't want to take one bad crash and never ski again, it wouldn't be worth it
I'd rather protect my spine than not wear them because some people think they're "gay."
I rarely wear one as it feels a bit weird IMO (not restrictive, just weird). But I wanna try frontflips and maybe Lincolns in the next few weeks and I'll wear the back protector on the day I try
HH rocks them.
And for those who doesnt wear them at all what kind of skier are u?
good or bad park skier, pow shredder or are u doing everything
Most kids at my hill wear them but i dont own one because im broke but if i had one id probs wear it
Id rather run the risk of looking "gay' than eating through a straw for the rest of my life.
_SkiPow_Do think they are gay?
No, because I'm not an immature 12 year old that calls in-animate objects "gay", or anybody for that matter. I don't think any back-protectors are having sexual relationships with other back protectors of the same gender.
Gay but useful for rail slip-ups??
I think at HC mountain there'll be a stand of these behind the ticket counter.
I have a slytech one that I use pretty much whenever I ski. Not super neccessary but nice having the extra peace of mind. I ski mostly big mountain sort of stuff and a bit of park.
