Whats up ns? So I'm looking at getting some Dakine outerwear. I was just curious if anyone has used it or knows anyone who has. Sizing, quality, etc.
Had a dakine book bag once. Pretty durable I must say
Dakine makes decent stuff. As with anything you get what you pay for.
If you want arcteryx quality dont buy dakine.
Won a Dakine Coat in a contest once, is pretty sick! The fit of it is pretty rad. its my main winter coat now
Got a pair of there ski pants this year. Paid like $100 for them, 10k waterproofing. Stoked on them. Not as nice as my arteryx stuff, but best bang for your buck outerwear I've had.
Had a pair of Dakine gloves last season but they didn't hold up that well, stitching started to come out after a while. Might of just been a one off though.
Had some pants from them that I paid basically nothing for and they were the 2nd best pants I have ever owned. They lasted through over 2 seasons which is just crazy for me.
Thanks I really appreciate it. It sounds like they make some pretty badass outerwear.

Not a huge fan of their gloves. If you need gloves get celtek they're super solid

I have the airstream 3l goretex jacket, really excellent. Its a shell, super functional, looks good and is a great jacket. Would recommend dakine outerwear to anyone
