What do you guys think about these skis? Give me your thoughts.
Well for starters this is the last year that their being produce. That being said theyre a fun ski. They remind me of a lighter and little stiffer version of the 108 SFB. you can definitely notice the lightness of honeycomb tip on it. Overall it's a really fun ski that I was impressed Me.
One of my favourites! I tried the 174cm and 182cm last spring in Whistler for a few runs each.
* super loose and easy to pivot
* good enough grip on hard snow (better than more pow-specific skis, and detuned park skis)
* they are designed to be mounted a bit further forwards than other similar skis, so they are easier to spin than other similar sized skis like the Soul 7 and Automatic 109
* floaty enough in not-bottomless pow to keep me from working too hard

I found them to be far softer than the og bacons. They're lighter for sure and the rocker is much more pronounced if i remember correctly. Honestly for me they felt alot like a soft jibby park ski that happened to be 108 under foot. I'd say if you're heavy and/or you want a pow ski that is going to perform on piste, maybe these arent the ski for you. But if you want something super jibby and playful that you can take into the park if you want they're an ideal ski.
Atomic Autonomic 109 best mid fat ski I have ever ridden.
