lol, sad ass OP all butt hurt talking shit on the guy making 7 figure investment moves.
lol good for him if i could drop a 7 digit investment I would invest at mammoth probably too
It's always good to have someone with desision making power know what the hell the customers actually want. Better him than some guy from Florida who thinks the path to success is to build hotels and overpriced restaurants everywhere.

Exactly, I can't wait to perfect my ollies, rail slides and back flips.

Zeaches and boot grabs
Sounds like hes got the right idea and who else. "i just want to do right by the resort and the people here" sounds good to me

Anyone who thinks he isn't interested in developing up real estate, restaurants, etc is just blind to business. This would be the #1 thing to do. Create mammoth as a year round destination resort. Park rats, who usually are poorer, dont buy as much, etc tend to be blinded by the "gapers" who spend thousands and thousands on weekend trips who drive the revenue to build a sick park and waht not
Those generate sooo much more revenue and attract a much higher net worth client than the park. Yea, mammoth has a sick park and I doubt they ever make it worse, im sure it will only get bigger and better.
