I just got a new Poc Receptor Bug XL but it doesn't really fit with a beanie underneath, even without its kinda tight. are any of the other Pocs better with a beanie? thanks homies
best thing to do would be go to a ski shop w/ your preferred beanie and try on a bunch of different helmets
If you havent already, take the ear pieces out or use a thin balaclava, I find many helmets dont work for me with a normal hat unless its a thin hat or I take the padding out.

The receptor is so sick.
I have the receptor bug adjustable so basically what I do (for balaclavas at least) is take out the earpads, make it as big as it goes, put on the balaclava, goggles over balaclava, helmet over that, and tighten up the helmet while its on my head so that it fits around everything without moving the shit and slipping like a helmet usually does.

Ear pads removed. Tried on large at shop, just a bit too tight so I figured I'd order the xl (didn't have one to try on at the store). I could do the balaclava but sometimes I just wanna wear a hat you know? Hmmm
bumping. need to decide if I'm gonna return this thing. anybody have success with the receptor bug + beanie? could do just balaclava but its nice to have a hat for sure
