I have been looking at the k2 shreditor 102 for while now and I was wondering what other people thought about it. I would be buying this ski for my all around big mountain ski to compete in big mountain competitions in and just shred the mountain in general. Wondering if you would recommend it?
I haven't shredded it personally but that seems to be the idea of it. A slightly wider ski that can pretty much rock any section of the mountain. Rossignol Slats are another set with the same idea.
Its soft and skis very short. Very fun, but not sure if it would be ideal for big mountain comps. Maybe Sick Day 102?
If you are going to be competing in big mountain comps you will want a much stiffer ski. I've heard lots of good things about the blizzard cochise being a good big mountain comp ski
Yeah get something more traditionally shaped.
