Hi Guys,
I would love to make myself a nice christmas present and get myself a fancy pair of skis. I currently ride the K2 Silencer (thin the 2011 model) and the atomic notoriuos.
The K2 was a bargain so i bought it, never really loved that one. But the notorious is a great ski to ride. I usually go out for the slope and park 50/50. Problem is i really only get to ski 3 weeks per year, so i would love a ski which rides well in all sorts of conditions. My budget isnt very high either, so i am looking for the best value i can get.
I put my eyes on the K2 Domain 2015 model, but looking up tests and reviews i get the feeling it would be a bit to soft for my purposes (on slope i love going really fast, so it should be quite stable at high speeds).
I just started riding in the park 4 years ago, so my skills are not perfect yet^^ i love jumping big kickers which is no problem, and im trying to get used to the odd feeling grinding a rail, but this really is still work in progress ;)
skillwise i'd say i am pretty much at the edge of what a tourist going out only twice a year skiing can do, but there is still a big gap to proper "pro-skiers".
i think i would like a ski which rides similar to my old notorious (http://skipass.fr/p/classifieds/34050/47973.jpg), but with a bit more sidecut (more "carved"). do you have any good suggestions?
I'd get the domain 2015 for quite a bargain (300€ including a griffon 13).
Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english, havent spoken in a while and havent written in ages ;)
