I live in Duluth and I'm looking for some new parks besides spirits to branch out to. I don't want to drive much farther than the cities. I do 80/20 jumps to rails.
Spirit is tough to beat when it come to jumps! If you're looking to step into the rail game a bit I'd recommend Elm Creek. That being said I'm pretty biased being that I grew up there haha otherwise Afton Alps has been pretty awesome since their tow rope was put up, Hyland is fun... Usually but sometimes has an overwhelming amount of people which means every landing is bombed out, Buck Hill seems to be getting better in recent years, Mont Du Lac is pretty close to you and it's pretty sick (user beware: tons of snowboarders), Trollhaugen is the shit, Wild Mountain usually has a decent jump and a nice variety of rails out, Giants Ridge which is an hour north of Duluth is pretty dope too!
There are obviously more out there but hopefully this will get ya started!

Thanks. With winter right around the corner I will see what I can do. I am looking to do more rails this winter so that information will help. Elm creek is definitely a place I want to shred.
Giants Ridge is tight. Rumor has it they'll be making a flowy skate bowl style park this year. They made one last year but it was too small to get wild.
But spirit is the place to be, it'll be my home this year. Come ride with the me, the Ginga rail ninja, and more!
