Just got a second hand pair of skis with Marker Barons on them and I'm adjusting them to my FT boots which have a sole length of 318mm. When adjusting my Jesters I know that the back screw has to be flush with its 'housing', This doesn't seem to happen on my barons. How can I tell if my forward pressure is correct?

They adjust In the same way as your jester. If you can not get them flush take them to a shop an have them check them over. With any second hand binding you may want to get a release test done just to ensure they are releasing correctly.

It's all sorted now but I may have done something stupid; I put the boot in the binding at screwed 1 click backwards, will this have damaged the binding in any way?

Sorry not sure I completly understand. Did you screw the forward pressure screw back? Were they set correctly before?
