New Armada stuff is up. Graphics are fire, expanded kids and I believe Womens skis sections, New outerwear and apparel is really dope as well. Check it out.

Its not hard to open a new window and time in Armada Skis. Don't be lazy Jehn
i know the skis are sick! I am going to pre order the edollo skis look very responsive and playful.
I dont really like how the AR7's look very much :( I like mine more still , but all the other skis look pretty sick!!!!
Their outerwear/apparel actually gave me a boner. Not exaggerating. I want everything.
Not stoked that they got rid of the alpha
Going to get the "Williams Jersey", couple t shirts, 30L walker backpack for school, and poles.
THEDIRTYBUBBLENot stoked that they got rid of the alpha
Pissed about this. Also I want them to change the AR7 profile a little bit. Its basically the Pipe Cleaner but for park. Basically the Park Cleaner.
MinggI want everything.
this just explains my feelings to armada.
The Invictus series looks soooooo prime. A little sad they did a 95 width and not a 100 though. They also picked up Todd Ligare I noticed, stacking the team even harder...
inb4 every kid and their dog is wearing hockey jerseys next year.
The new ar7 graphic is pretty similar to last years thall besides the base
I'm very confused about the apparel, and how a lot of the stuff says "Costa Mesa, CA" on it. Their headquarters were there, but now they're in Park City.
Their move was announced in December 2014.
I know things are designed very far in advance, so perhaps all of the stuff was made already and there was no turning back. Any other thoughts?
Not knocking Armada at all, they're my favorite skis.
I've always really loved Armada.
I now love them more.
Wait til they show their 2017 shit. I have reasons to beleive skis are gonna change a lot.

Are you indicating I should wait a year to get new skis?
All the outerwear looks like Burton and 4square stuff from a few years ago.

Had an interesting coversation a while back about this kind of stuff. I think with Travias but it could have been someone else. Anyways, I forget the details but generally ski gear is about 2 years behind snowboarding. The design/testing process takes a couple years so what you see in snowboarding now will be what influences the ski gear that is released in 2 years. Which may be what you're seeing with this line and Burton/4square.
Is the AR7 supposed to be like wu tang or something, with the black and yellow?
The Mad Steez years were still the best, and a few years after that they started going all inspired/jah ski co. The JJ graphic reminds me of some of the older JP vs Julien ones. And interesting that they gave it a wider turn radius and moved the wipe points out. I really liked it the old way, not that I've ridden the new skis. I bet that's better for bigger or taller riders or something.
I personally don't think the graphics on this years thalls are very good they were better in past years especially 2014

I'm saying apart from their etiquette as a founding/og/cool brand and normally pretty good graphics, it's common knowledge that armada have a shit quality (ski and outerwear) and that their park ski design hasn't changed since it was first introduced way back (a part from the bdog and edollo, which remain pretty specific skis, with a very shit quality nonetheless). With their recent relocation and work in the r&d department I hope that their next content will finally be up to present day freestyle standards.

Oh I thought you had seen content from the 2017 line and it was really good or something

My Armadas I had a few years back held up way better than my Liberty, multiple pairs of ON3Ps, and volkl wall skis. They skied alright too!
i think we can all agree the graphic is so dope on the b dogs

B-dog replaced the alpha X, same profile.
BROLFB-dog replaced the alpha X, same profile.
Bdog replaced the halo. Pretty much the same ski.

lol wut
the pipe cleaner came out after the AR series and has always been based off the dimensions of the AR5/6/7

you sound like a troll, i disagree completely
infedel_oneyou sound like a troll, i disagree completely
Im being completely serious. We were talking about the NS-Oneill collab jacket and the design process. Maybe it's not so prevalent now but at one point that's exactly how it was lol. I don't know what part of my post makes you think I'm trolling? It's not inaccurate at all to say that skiing has been influenced by snowboarding.

Snowboarding invented the twin tip
snowboarding invented reverse camber
snowboarding invented taper
snowboarding invented different tip shapes
snowboarding invented butter zones
pretty much everything you see in a ski was invented by snowbaorders.

That stuffs all true. Thanks SJW.
My posts were more or less looking at outerwear trends and that stuff. Just look at snowboarding trends and styles and they're comparable to skiing. It's pretty obvious, no?

Same could be said for outerwear, skiiers are always jacking snowboarding style. Notice how last year snowboarders wore their bibs over their hoodies? Now skiers are doing that.
To be honest,i dont like the graphics of the skis at all
When the fuck is this stuff going to be available to purchase? It said August 21st... They bumped it back 3 days, and now it says yesterday.
.otto.To be honest,i dont like the graphics of the skis at all
Yeah man, I'm with you. Maybe its just not my style but it seems like the graphics havent changed much in a while. I dont look at Armada stuff that often though so maybe i have just missed it, but all the skis look like they could have come out in 2008. It looks like the 2008 scratch series could be part of this line up.

yes. i haven't ever really been a fan of armada's graphics though to be honest, besides a select few skis
How do so many people love this? I think both the ski graphics and outerwear are absolutely hideous

Agreed, not much creativity, and as in graphics, I feel like the whole ski Industry has really lacked in making cool graphics, of course there are some Awesome ones, but most of the time when i look at some skis, im just puzzled as why they would ever create that boring, or weird ski, i know its just my opinion, but skate deck graphics are 9 time out of 10 cooler than any ski graphic

They totally took a new approach to graphics. I like the color combos and the colors for this year. I would agree that graphics for most companies are on a downslope into the toilet but I think they are an improvement. If i could get 2011 graphics back I would

All the skis are up for sale along with some of the fleece and tees. Theyre probably just waiting for retailers to receive the other product since they're not actually selling direct on shopatron and its retailers who ship the orders

I think they added one. Not 100% positive but I believe they did. Also aren't you a little big for Codas?
