So I can front swap but it's pretty sketchy and I just need some help, whenever I switch over to the other side it just doesn't feel right and I can slide unnatural a little but not super comfortable so I'm working on that but does anyone else have any advice?
I would keep practicing it until it feels right. First I would work on being comfortable sliding unnatural. If you have a rail that you could session for awhile would be great practice.
my advice would be to spend an hour or so hiking and just trying unnatural and learn front and back 2s and maybe even swaps, and/or swapping earlier on the rail so you can land unnaty and slide longer. learning unnatural slides and 270s out helps when you're learning kfeds, ellens, brittanys, ray charles, and 270s on. i got better at unnatural by playing skate against my friend who was just starting out so if he did a back 270 out i would do a unnatural back 2 out and of he did a kfed i would do a unnaty kfed. pm me or quote this if you need anymore help, also videos would help yourself so you know what you are doing right and what you're doing wrong. hope this helped
To practice sliding unnatural hit a tube or small rail unnatural and think of your skis being flat on the tube or rail.... for some reasson this helped me alot for unnatural
just do a lot of them and then you'll get more and more comfortable doing them
Hike hike hike hike hike hike. Just hit it a bunch and it will come to you. I find the harder I set my foot, the more controlled it is.
get a good pop and fully turn 90 degrees. some people don't fully commit to the swap and they nut or don't lock onto the rail. everything else has really already been said, swapping earlier, practicing unnatural slides etc. is huge

someone said this the other day and it makes a lot of sense, pretend there is a skateboard on the rail and you don't want to slip out.
