Do you use the same skis you ski on in the winter with on your summer setup? Or am I the only one?
How are using skis on a setup worse then using them during the winter?

I'm using a metal rail (same rail they use in the park) and I have everything covered with turf (not the rail everywhere I could possibly land) so would that be good?

it should be ok, but that metal rail will destroy your new skis. make sure theres no rocks or screws in the turf. pvc is your best option.

you could always get one of those huge pieces of pvcs, cut it in half lengthwise and the place it/drill holes and zip tie it over the metal rail and that woudl help a little bit for your edges

I'm sorry for asking this but how would I drill holes and zip tie it to the pole? (I just need a little more detailed "tutorial" on how to do that)
Thanks man

send me some pics of the rail and i'll draw up a little tutorial for it, it really depends on what your rail looks like/where everything on it is
