I've been thinking about this and it is kinda interesting. There would probably still be beef between east coast and west coast rappers but that's about all I can think of. What else would change?
assuming edm wouldn't be around so that would be neat.
Well some of the best music came long before the internet, so... maybe it would be better?
Music wouldn't be the only thing different. But honestly, all that shitty music you hear on the radio, that would be it. No underground music would reach its listeners, no up and coming artists would be recognized without labels, everything would actually cost money.
On the flip side, the concert scene would be off the nuts.
Rather than producing shitty "rap", Nicki Minaj would be working the corner in Saint James.
Death Grips would be the biggest group in the world.
RICK_ROSSassuming edm wouldn't be around so that would be neat.
House music has been around way longer than the internet.
Well people would actually have to buy music.
The senior members know but the junior folks have no idea what it's like without internet. Obviously, the world is a much different place then 15-20 years ago. What would the internet be like if it was still 56k?
Maybe more people would make their albums on vinyl

Not sure what you listen to but that is very popular right now.

I think you're trolling. But seeing as how people in my generation and the younger kids actually think music today is good baffles me.
Music years ago is ten times better than music today. Look at how biggie and pac got famous. They had a message, people talked about the meaning of their songs. Now Kendrick just released to pimp a butterfly and people are calling it shit because it's all about racism, hood politics etc and not shake shake your booty. If kendrick dropped to pimp a butterfly when biggie was around it would be considered a classic.
