Where did you find out what 2017 skis look like?
And also, are you just looking Graphics of the ski, or are you looked the specs of those skis

Hoping you mean 14-15 or at most 15-16....,
Well punx is atomics top notch quality park ski while chronics are a bit more affordable which might mean that quality isn't so good.. I'd pick punx since I have ridden them and they are awesome

Chronics are the same price if not more expensive then the punxs. quality between the two can be debatable. but the quality for the chronics is not any worse than the punx, and depending on who you talk to it might even be better. both are quality skis
I meant 15-16 lol.
Both are just so sick I cant decide?
What quality does one have on the other? Lighter?
If you're looking to butter and jib more than jumps i would go chronics cause Punx are stiff af
still debating on this. what one!!! which is lighter?
Get the Chronics. They have more underfoot and they'll be more playful and fun to ride.

I tend to disagree with this notion. The get a reputation of being a pipe/comp ski, but honestly they are not very stiff. Of the park skis I have ever had (Rossignol Scratch, ON3P Jeronimo, Nordica Ace of Spades, and Atomic Punx), they are by far the softest. Thats not to say they are not stable though. I find them to be a perfect combo of stability and playfulness. Super fun to mess around and butter around on. At least for me.

Yeahhh no Punx are actually pretty playful
I have this years chronics and I dont think im gonna get them again next year. Just almost as if they are too flexy for me. I want something stiff and light that I can control and I think the punx fit that.

ive never ridden the punx but ive flexed them and i have chronics... id say the punx are not stiffer at all
Everyone saying that the Punx are soft must be talking about the 2013 version. The new version is stiff. Definitely stiffer than the line chronics and stiffer than my rossi scratches.
Is the stiffness even an issue? I don't care about buttering my ass of just need a little bit of flex

Pretty sure I have 2014's

the Chronics aren't a price point ski...with that said, the punx fit me better. I own the 2014 punx and they rock. Durability isn't an issue for me and as long as you take care of them they'll last you a while. The topsheets are pretty beaten up already though
