So after trying to contact K2 through reps, emails, phone calls, I have been left un answered for about 3 months now. Back about 5 months ago I was given a prodeal card from my work for a pair of K2 skis. The prodeal password has coming up as invalid and after trying to reach them not even getting an answer back after 3 emails is getting kind of old. Has anyone else had to deal with something similar or knows of any other ways to try and contact K2? Would be appreciated. Reps names are Kirk, and Dan.
Are you a shop employee or someone who was given a proform/discount card? Either way, you should be working through the shop for this solution. It's also their busiest time of the year right now, especially the sales reps, so just take that into account.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say you haven't contacted K2 Customer service by phone... if you had, they would have had you looked after.
Anytime I've needed help on proform stuff they've been able to help me over the phone.
You might want to try giving K2 Canada a call...

Because it's a corporate company (sport chek) we dont deal with reps at our store very often if at all. Every pro deal card we get are given to us from our district manager. And yes I have called K2 customer service and was told they didn't deal with prodeals through there and referred me to reps. Anyways I guess I'll keep trying over the next couple of weeks.
Dipshit reps can't really be categorized into customer service can they?
I had a similar experience. If you have a supervisor that can send them an e-mail the reps they might get back to them quicker.
Unfortunately, I don't think they have much left in terms of skis. (At least on the mainland).
Pro deal is a privilege. Calling out the company and reps by name isn't going to get you anywhere. That's the deal with pro form, you sometimes have to wait a long time and send a few more emails, but the trade off is that you get a screaming deal that the public can't.
Also, you aren't supposed to talk about it the program to outsiders, such as a large website called Newschoolers.

I wouldn't consider this calling the company out. At no point was I bashing I was just looking to see if anyone had any other solutions to this.
