Will this play? (Look Pivot's and 4frnt YLEs)
The next smallest brake width is 115- which might be easy to bend slightly...but they're also way more expensive. So if the 130s will work, I'd be happy.

11mm isn't that much. if you carve your brake might just barley hit the snow, which won't be a problem if your skiing on soft snow.
Nope definitely the brakes will fit. I just got 130mm axial 2s on my 115mm underfoot skis and they aren't a problem at all. Nice set up man!
Both would be fine. I'd say the 115mm are slightly preferable, as they are really closer to 117-118mm. I have the 115s on my Praxis GPOs which are 116mm underfoot and they still have 1-2mm of space per side.
But again 130mm would be fine too, if there is a big cost difference.
Don't get the 130's...they'll be too wide. You should be able to fit the 115's fine, maybe with a slight bend (without taking apart the heel).
I'm running 115 FKS's on my Opus, which are a 118 waist if that makes you feel any better.
The only problem you will have is that they won't sit tight together when you have them on your shoulder.
brakes should be no larger than 20mm plus the ski width. they should be as close to the ski width as possible.
you will be fine.
Having same problem with my 177 YLES (118mm waist) probs gonna get sth2 or attack on them and don't know whether to go 115 or 130 brake

Did you read my post above? I said EXACTLY what you just asked...115 FKS on 118 Opus.
Like a couple others said you can generally fit 4-5mm bigger then your binding brake says it is. 110mm brakes will fit a 115mm ski.

115. Sth2 brakes run quite wide. In fact I have the 130mm brakes on a 138mm ski and did not have to bend them at all. Barely brush the sides if at all
It's another $100 for the 115mm brakes...just ordered the 130mm ones.
For the downvoting haters, or not believing 115 pivots/FKS fit perfectly fine on 118/119 waisted skis. No bending done to the brake.
bump, just want to put out my current binding/ski situation. just broke a look pivot 18 heel piece and need replacement bindings as I can't find any solo heel parts. My ski length is 118, and I just found some 130mm brake pivots that are substantially cheaper than the rest of whats out there.
two questions, this would probably run fine, correct? and, if in the future I get a more narrow ski, maybe around ~112 width , would it be possible to bend the 130mm brake inwards with a rubberband or something? does that work?
thanks

I have 130s on a 117 obSETHed that haven’t broken yet but I know they will because pivot brakes don’t come inwards towards the center of the ski when the boot is engaged. You should be ok with a 118 as long as you’re not skiing or landing switch a whole lot. The 112 will be too much and they’ll catch, I’d definitely be looking for the 115 for that 112 ski
