Any tips on putting a wider diameter bmx grip on a narrower diameter ski pole? Im trying to steeze out some poles and don't know how to go about it.
Not sure if it would work but you could wrap tape around the pole to increse the diameter

Worth a shot!
i wrapped electric tape over medical tape before i put my bmx grips on my skinny poles
I ended up wrapping duct tape around the pole and then "shims" made from folded aluminium can shrapnel. The fit is super tight and the poles are titties.
would show picture but don't know how to embed so fuck it.

He already made them though, and they're better simply because he made them himself haha.

use duck tape and wrap those suckers up they fit nice and snug, (make sure the tape is even no spots to thick or to thin) another great touch would be to throw some super glue in there because the grips have a tendancy to move around when they get wet, witch is super annoying when your doing lip on blind 2's.

So I put ODI longneck lock on grips on to my pole. When I tested with my leather mitts the diameter of the longneck was uncomfortably wide. So I got these fit bike co grips that are way skinny and grippy. The poles now look a lot cleaner and they are comfortable with mitts. (I don't have the hugest hand). They are fuckin sweet but I know that they will break because the aluminum the pole is made out of is really thin.. But for like 30 bucks total I have some sick sticks
tape as mentioned, then zip ties over the bmx grip.
Check out the Scott Riot Pole. It used a 18mm shaft that will fit most ODI Lock on grips or the likes. If you are looking to do a DIY project you will need 18mm for the grip to work.
