What kind of things should I build this year for my backyard setup? I want to make something with a big pvc pipe but I also want to make a box but idk what to use for the surface . I have a pretty sweet rail from last year I'll post pictures later. What kinda setups do you guys have? Any tips? Ideas?
this is what I had last winter in my backyard.
I am thinking about putting rails to the hill too. It would look like this then:
I built a 16' tall drop-in and 12 different features. most are flat rails so I can link them up and make cool combos. Maybe build a wallride or hitching post for the end of your park like I did. If you have the speed, try and make it flow as good as possible. I'll post a pic later.
Im planning on making a 10 ft rail out of pvc but putting a metal pipe inside of it for stability.
I have 20 feet of 10inch PVC pipe. Pretty stoked. Also, an old trampoline frame.
11ft x 1ft pvc pipe I snagged last night. I also have a 10ft x 6", 10ft x 3", a few smaller rails for kinks, and an inverted rainbow rail I'm working on. I'm stoked.

nice
Lucky for me I have a fairly steep and large hill in my backyard so I can build pretty much what I want. Last year I built a 12ft PVC rail that was about 8in wide. So my final setup consisted of 3 PVC rails ranging from 8 to 12 feet long. I then took our snowblower and piled up a bunch of snow about 8 feet high and then ran over it with our tractor and smoothed it out with the bucket. Than I shaped a little kicker on it. It isnt a very big jump but it allows me to have some fun. After I had everything in place I packed everything down by running it over and dragging the bucket over it.
