The Two flexes very soft in the shop, I was surprised.
It is the One. (Unless you count women's skis)
The Shiro and the Gotama are both much stiffer, and the Two has a stiff tail compared to the One.

How does it compare to the one? I want a ski like the sir Francis bacon (because I skied it in pow and loved it), but I can only get pro deals through volkl and blizzard
The One/Two/Three are the softest skis in Volkl's pow ski line up. The Shiro is quite stiffer because it's meant as a big mountain charging ski. The Gotama is softer than the Shiro but still meant to be used as a harder charging ski than the One.

I never flexed a One, they don't make it long enough for me.
Volkl and Blizzard both have solid ranges now, take your pick.
I'm thinking the volkl one, anyone have any thoughts on the shiro?
shiro is stiffer and more chargy, while the one (/two) is a freestyle backcountry slash-around and fk about ski
