About that time again, Jiberish has been teasing us with all the crazy shit they are dropping this winter. Most notably the peacoats/outerwear they are coming out with.
Really diggin the coat (assuming it's theirs) and the hat as well.
Thoughts? What is everyone looking forward to most?
Contrast stitching looks good, still deciding if I'm a fan of the darker kang pouch. Is this french terry? Side Zips? Reminds me a bit of my boys in LA here over at John Elliot.... .. . ...that new tag is great though.
Those who follow the brand closely know that our Fall and Winter collections are traditionally the largest, most diverse, and most popular releases for our brand. And each year the product has improved as the quality, materials, and design have been scrutinized over tirelessly by our team. Bringing in the highest quality product we can possibly bring at the fairest price we can offer is our focus. Working alongside with our manufacturer we have delved further and further into each step of the process. It is arduous and time consuming but it allows us to control every element of production such as custom milling our own sweatshirt cotton and tweaking and modifying our own hand cut patterns. The result is, bar none, the finest range of clothing we have ever produced and we are so excited to share it with you, our most loyal customers.
F/W 14/15 is a big range with multiple releases throughout the rest of the year. The first drop for the season is this Saturday, September 6th at Jiberish.com. It starts with a series of Japanese-sourced Cotton Fabric Button Downs, some Thin Wale Corduroy Popovers, the Boutique Series Hoodies, a Chambray driven selection of headwear, and the standout piece of the first drop, a Satin lined Cotton/Neoprene Bomber Jacket.
Successive drops over the next few months will include a multitude of new unique cut-and-sewn Sweatshirt designs, classic Sweatshirts, Jackets, Shirts, Hats, Vests, and Accessories. We also will be launching our first ever Technical Outerwear range which incorporates Swiss Schoeller and Japanese waterproof fabrics. In short, there are a ton of new pieces coming out over the next 4 months so make sure to stay connected to our social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook to stay up with the brand and to get a peek of what is coming.
You can see all products in the September 5th release here on our Facebook Fan Page.
If you have any issues, email us at customservice@jiberish.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. For all orders outside of the US/Canada we require a PayPal payment. If you do not have a PayPal account you do not need to sign up for an account to make the payment.
not sure i'm gonna pick anything up from this weekends drop, but definitely saving money for some goodies down the road. stuff is looking INCREDIBLE. hoping the prices on the link up there are wrong. $850 for a jacket??? i dont believe it
Personally, I'm not a fan of red colored contrast stitching.. It's like the selvage on denim flex but I think it's just me. The bomber I assume won't be any more than about $295-$345 ^ not sure where you got $800 from - I have an APC that feels almost the exact same and is waterproof but is not satin lined. Would've loved, again, to see a floral liner on one of the outwear pieces (see Jiberish corduroy hoodie). I do like the dark navy camo look though. Not a fan of the VSCO inspo images behind the boutique hoodies...Only so much you can do to those each season though. Looking forward to the vests and hopefully a leather based bomber or *fingers crossed* a fishtail parka...maybe some Acronym inspiration with some Veilance nylon, drawstring hem, gore-tex if the budget allows, water taped zippers or a button/pocket based parka with J crown engraved snap enclosure, inner chest stowaway pocket for when we hit the trees, ... yeah yeah
KrotchNot 800 for the bomber. 800 for the trench coat
Oh, I see now. What the hell is that site? And why are they doing Jcrew editorials for the pieces? Another stockist? That seems a little steep to me, probably more ~$575 range. Thats a huge margin for their prospected consumer to see a piece that sums up 4-6 other pieces from the season ($750-850)...If it was in-house (lol) I could imagine a huge tag and I respect them for branching out to higher quality fabrics, seams, and whatnot from overseas but let's not get carried away. I mean, paisley print on a shirt and some busy patterns still and then expecting to sell a trench and peacoat that is way more timeless and appealing, something is on the fence here. Their athletes, close friends, and employees will appreciate it though =p

i wont post the pics but i did see a while ago during their website overhaul that the coats were on the site (or at least the product url whatever) and it was indeed around $700-800. pete did have me take that down as the prices werent finalized and such but still. I can see $500-600 to spend on that type of coat. the double breasted trench coat looks dope as fuck for a wear around piece in the city but i wouldnt wear it to the hill

Of course. And look at where the boutiques are located, perfect area to market a quality trench, parka, etc. You look at other street brands trying to do the same and because of the established names already, they sell. You won't see me in a Stussy MA-1 or the likes though, especially in a
Did anyone else get a credit page saying no payment necessary. My order went thought and said successful, but I never put in my payment info and havent gotten an email or anything. What's going on?
