Yeah I know this gets repetitive but I'm looking at a new pair of sticks where size options go from 177 to 184. I'm 5'11"/150 lbs and have found that I'm comfortable riding 181s but am unsure of whether to go smaller or longer. Definitely leaning towards the longer size but will there be any noticeable difference coming from a ski thats a tad bit smaller?
Well it's a 3 cm difference if you size up. Nit too big. Can be noticable depending on ski. Won't be a big difference tho. I'd for sure size up to the 184.

Yeah I can't imagine 3 cms will make a huge difference.
Any other opinions?
Are cambered skis usually true to length or a little smaller? Is every brand different? Looking at some nordicas. Pretty much I want a ski that will be stable on big jumps but won't be long enough to the point where it makes spinning on rails and switch ups difficult.

Every brand is a little different and every ski is a little different. K2 sizes big for sure tho.
What skis are they? Just saying the sizes and your stats does not help. It's the build of the ski as much as anything which determines the best size so let us know what ski, where you ski, height, weight, age, years skiing an type of skiing you do.

Nordica ace of spades and will be used only for park. I'm a pretty aggressive skier so I want something that will be stable. Just hesitant about going 184 when I'm used to a 179-181.
If you where on a full camber 181 then the size up to 184 will be perfect, however if you where on a rocketed 181, the size up to 184 camber would be noticeable, but you will get used to it and it would be better in the long run

Ok in that case I would say you could go either way. Te ve is a pretty stiff ski so you don't need to upsize to get stability. What do you tend to do in te park? Do you bit the xl jumps and the biggest features? If so go 184. If you do more rails and mid size jumps an smaller spins I would say go for the 177.
