In highschool it took me a solid year to figure out who the NS'ers were, and as a result I missed out on a full season of skiing with homies. If you're going to the University of Rochester this year, post in this thread or PM me!
Im class of 2k19... I leave for orientation in like 10 days. Hows Bristol? Ive only heard stuff from kids who come to jersey for comps.
Also hows the carpool situation?

Bristol is pretty fun! Lots of my friends love it but some people hate it. Every time I've gone its been fun though! If you can, get out to Holiday Valley. In my opinion it's the most fun hill in WNY. The park is decent but the terrain is about as good as it gets for the area. Ellicottville is also a really fun town. You could have some serious fun there on a weekend. If you're looking to ski a really good park, Peek'n Peak is so sick. It's probably 2.5 hours from Rochester but it would be worth the drive on a weekend or something!

Not attending UofR, but I'm a Rochester native and I can testify for Bristol. They got rid of their halfpipe last season which kinda sucks but other than that their park crew has really been stepping it up with a number of new rails and last season at least they had a killer jump line. Also a sick mountain for general dicking around on. I'm too lazy to find it but in regionals there's a thread with all the "secret" spots of bristol with all of the skiable glades which are all super fun, definitely worth a look

lmao getting rid of that shit excuse of a halfpipe was the best decision they ever made. Bristols park set up is always on point and they actually maintain it, unlike Holiday Valley
bristol has one of the better parks in NY, you'll have fun there. good number of park skiers there too, so if you cant find anyone at U of R, you can always meet people at the hill
