Workout. Get your legs stronger and many other muscles so you don't get hurt in the winter. It works for me.

trampoline or roller blade and work on your rail tricks it does help
Get your self a nice workout schudule with focus on core and legs, promise you that it will help you out when winter starts!
I use my summer setup, you can also slack line, trampoline, and workout.
Golf and soccer pretty much for me. I'll occasionally hit the tramp or work on my summer set up, but im a huge weekend warrior so i mostly just stick to summer sports.
