alright thanks man best advice anyones ever given me! ill try that out next time I'm on the tramp
LJ has a vid out there on how to do them on a tramp. I'll post it if I can find it.
i learned by trying to kick my right foot up and across my body (if you spin left)
I always set my body like I'm gonna carve and bounce, set, buck, and it basically pulls itself around
https://www.newschoolers.com/watch/715602.0/A-few-shots-before-I-broke-my-leg?c=6&t=6
Im not great at them but at 14 seconds in I do one. you basically just spin as if you're gonna do a normal 3 and then pull your outside leg out and sort of push your inside leg up. sorry the new embedding confuses me a bit
pretend you are going to 180 and wall plant (at the halfway point you will be facing stomach down towards the tramp)
There are a couple of ways my friends and I learned them (these might be confusing but PM me if you care to hear me elaborate) :
1. Do the LJ strenio thing ( https://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=10150463380100630 )
2. Pretend you are throwing your right leg up over a horse that is on your left side (if you spin left, do the opposite if you are spinning right) and maintain a wide stance the entire time (for some people the more you spread your legs, despite how stupid it may look, the easier it is)
3. Grab left poked safety, stare at that left foot you are grabbing, tweak your torso to the left (like you are tightening up your abs) and pull your right knee up towards your chest with your left arm (like this first shot https://www.newschoolers.com/watch/717371.0/Quick-Backyard-Clips---Ski---Tramp?c=11 except while grabbing the right knee to keep yourself together)
Remember through all of these that you never want to be dipping your right shoulder if you are trying to do a left cork 3, or your left shoulder if you are trying to do it right (my friends and I got stuck doing that for a while, and it either pulls you into a frontwards rotation or if you do it later in the flip it takes your 3 to 5). Also remember that you should be able to look at the bed of the tramp the entire time, and your stomach should like wise be facing down when you are halfway through the rotation. I hope this helps.
There are not a lot of ways to explain a cork three but the way I learned was that you need to try our hardest not flip, that's the main thing people do is they take it into under flip, and just completely spin with your heed down and lean. I hope this helps

i taught him everything he knows
when i try to do a cork 3 japan it becomes a flat 3, are the first ones cork 3s or they are all flatspins?

2nd and 3rd one look like a cork 3
When you take off on the tramp push the opposite hip/ leg of whatever direction your spinning up in front of you. As your doing that you then let your leading leg trail straight down, letting your body use it as a pole to rotate around. Then you drop your chest and look at your down foot until you land. pulling in your legs a bit with a wide safety or something can help.
When you take off on the tramp set the opposite hip/ leg of whatever way your spinning up in front of you. While you do that let your other leg drop down and point at the tramp bed for the entire point, kind of like an axis point for the rest of your body to flip around. Once you have set just drop your chest down to the tramp on the side your spinning and watch your down foot for the whole trick. Pulling in your knees or doing like a wide safety can help.
HOW DO I POST THIS AS VIDEO?!?

Do this
i did it the weird way. i started by running in a half circle around my trampoline to kind of be like carving on snow so my body is already pretty low then just releasing and popping. learned the basics that way, then i started doing them by bouncing on one side of the trampoline, then in one bounce jumping over to the other side then setting the rotation that way. ive found thats the easiest way to be like carving on skis. also if you spin left do a right hand indy (very top of your foot with your leg straight) and vice versa. can post vids if this made no sense at all.
definatley LJ's way. After watching the video I almost have it.
PDoyleYou make that cork 7 look so easy daaamn
it took my 3 years to learn to cork 7 on tramp, but once you get them they are soo damn easy.

i figured it out! ill post a video next time I'm on a tramp.
Here's a mix bag of 3s I put down, flat, cork, flork? I can't really do any on command, they just happen I guess. But to learn 3s like this just do regular 3s, bring your knees up, and play around with where you look and how you set it.
Already posted this in another forum but it's summer and yall got time.
I can cork 7 easily but with cork 3s i always land on my back.

less spin, more flip. try to get out of the habit of throwing a cork 3 like a cork 7, they are two different worlds.

Thanks so much! +K

your not even trying, kick your outside leg out and grab safety and try to imitate the ones on skis
I have had cork 3's on lock for like a year now and they are by far my favorite trick. they are set much different than a cork 7. Watch this video and compare my 3 to my 7. set totally different. just imagine you are doing a 3, but grab your outside foot and lift it to the sky. be careful not to just backflip though. hope this helps

this. the hardest part of cork 3s for me was not trying to throw them like a sev. you have to throw it basically like a normal three and then get your body off axis

your's are basically flat 3
daveyjonesyour's are basically flat 3
how so? what should a cork 3 look like? flat three is more like a lincoln right?

I almost drop my shoulder straight down like a lincoln and look straight down and it sets it right.
bring your outside foot as high as you can, grab it, spin and dip your shoulder.(dipping your shoulder is the most important part)
CashBrahbring your outside foot as high as you can, grab it, spin and dip your shoulder.(dipping your shoulder is the most important part)
and try to look at the tramp for most of the time
do a big 3 and pull your right leg out hard (if your spinning left). imagine you're pissing on everyone around you.

Be careful though... The kid that was doing corks to his back was dipping his shoulder but it was the wrong shoulder... If you are spinning lift you should be "dipping" your left shoulder and keeping your right more or less stationary if not raising it... and I don't really know if i would describe it as dipping either, more like hunching to the side a little and tightening your core... if you are loose with your set and dip your shoulder you will most likely go into a rotation for a higher spinning cork (like that kid that went to his back)

That helped a lot. Thanks a million
Also think about throwing your hip out in front if you
skiersupremei figured it out! ill post a video next time I'm on a tramp.
sorry for the shitty quality it was filmed on a phone
