Just to be sure a leading grab would be for example a left handed safety while spinning left right? And also which is easier with a spin?
depends on what you learned when you were first learning to spin. I always grabbed leading when i was a youngin and now trailing grabs seem so foreign to me, although last season I was able to right the ship and become comfortable with both. But even still, cork 7 lead mute? no problem. Cork 7 follow tail or nose, nope, weird, uncomfortable. Im weird but Im sure Im not the only one.

It definitely depends on the grab. With a cork 7, I find it far more comfortable to grab leading blunt over following, but if I grab mute, following comes much easier.
how many times have you seen a lead japan flatspin?
250rhow many times have you seen a lead japan flatspin?
I feel like trying that would just end up in weird cork-underflip type of thing.
A proper cork 7 leading mute is one of the best looking tricks in freeskiing
