I want a one ski quiver to be able to ride park and powder. Full rocker is needed. I have been looking at the Armada JJ and Atomic Blog but I'm not sure.
Neither of those have full rocker. Nor will any all mountain ski. I would suggest the Sir Francis Bacon, or a kartel 106, but we need a lot more info to give you a proper ski.
do you mean full rocker (aka upside-down banana) of early rise tip and tail (rocker/ camber/ rocker)? there are full rocker skis out there but not many. early rise is much more common. the blog is a good choice, so is the k2 shreditor 112, liberty helix, look in the 105-115 waist range.
Another shameless plug for the SFB here. I picked up a pair last season and put well over 100 days on them. They tear up groomers, and are nice and playful in the powder. They could have a little more float... but mine are mounted dead center so I'll sum that up to operator error.
A buddy of mine just grabbed himself a pair of APO Rockos. Seeing that it is summer, I can't comment on how they ride. However, they seem to come in a little stiffer than the SFB, and when we compared the profiles side by side.. it looked like they have a bit more camber to them.

Yes I mean rocker camber rocker. And I am 6 foot about 160 lbs and don't charge but still love going fast when its possible
OP where do u ski and what kind if stiffness are you looking for? The idea of a one ski quiver is very subjective.

I ski the north east including stowe, gunstock, suday river sugarloaf. Everywhere Maine Vermont New Hampshire.
Check-out the Rockwell, it might be what you're looking for - Rockwell link
It's a really versatile ski that isn't too wide for Ice Coast conditions. Might be what you're looking for.
Here's a comprehensive review from Exotic Skis who are based on the East Coast - exoticskis.com
on3p kartel 106 sounds about right for you but the blog is fucking awesome too. jjs would be a little wide if you are going to be consistently riding park so either will work.
also the line sir francis bacon is sick but they are a little over cooked on the flexy side though

The Volkl Bridge is full rocker and all mountain, supposedly reasonable in the park too.
I know I'm in the minority on this but after years of riding the hybrid camber/rocker hype I'm over it. That design is just trying too hard to do too much at once. I'd rather just have the consistent feel of a full camber or a truly full rocker ski. If I'm riding park, I want the popiness of a full camber ski. If I'm riding pow, I don't want the drag and hookiness of any camber underfoot. If I had to compromise I'd probably go with a design like the volkl bridge as uncommon as it is.

I said the same thing forever. Then I skied the Worth Magics. Never again will I settle for that one dimensional lie ;)
no such thing as a 1 ski quiver in my opinion. I would recommend something from 100-110mm underfoot that would be decent in all conditions but won't excel in any particular field.
I just bought next season's Faction Candide 2.0s (132-102-132) They won't be great in park and they won't be great in powder but they'll be fun in most conditions.
My ON3P Jeffrey's are seriously the best one ski quiver ever. I've been on a ton of skis too, and talked with countless others on the mountain. K2 Shreditors aren't a bad ski either, but they are a lot more buttery. I prefer stiffer skis. Too buttery and you can't go fast or land big drops.
First post guy just bought some 4frnt Devastators on Backcountry for $290 bucks....they aren't a bad all mountain one ski quiver either. That's a really good option.
So there you are, three good options. But we need more info.
