I'm going to georgian college for snow resort operations in september and I'm wondering if anyone who has been through it can give me advice on where to live. I was planning to go last year, but I didnt end up going due to a knee injury. but I went to the open house last april and I remember them not recommending residence so I didn't apply for it.

i lived here , lots of parties and big rooms decently cheap rent ! also very close to the school and little convenience store !
If you ever intend of working in bc, switch to the ski resort operations and management program at selkirk college. riding whitewater is better than mslm, nelson bc is cooler than barrie. SROAM is better regarded than sro on the west coast.

I looked into that program but I ended up going to georgian just because I think it will be easier to live closer to home (london) when I'm not on my co op term.
I found a place on Craigslist for month to month in some old lady's house. I had friends that got fuked with longer leases. Most people leave Barrie for they're co op.
I ended up finding a place I don't have to lease I'm pretty jazzed on it.
