its the one trick i can watch over and over and not understand how to throw it ...im the type of person who will just go try shit so for anyone who has done one how do you go about throwing them i tried watching so many videos and i just cant get the concept

its a lincoln 180. basically just do a lincoln and like a quarter of the way through try to grab critical and it will probably bring you a round

i cant do them on snow but i have a pretty good idea of how to throw it. pop similar to a lincoln but instead of going completely sideways throw your left shoulder back a little (flipping to the right side) and then from there it should pretty much come around

assuming you're flipping to your right side:
pop off your left big toe and your right pinky toe. Then do what he said ^.

its hard to explain, i do them to the right.. basically you wanna pop and throw your hips out. Push your left hip through the jump and your right hip with it. basically your want to bring your legs over your opposite shoulder. i really cant explain, search a video where someoen is getting a good op on a rodeo, its easier to unsderstand if you see the set. once your past the first point the rest comes reall easy, your not ever really blind to your landing.

come of the lip of the jump and set 90 degree to back. that may sound confusing but not long after you leave the lip have your back directly at the ground. after the set the tricki basiclly brings itself around

simple. (and yes i can do them).
when you pop, move your whole body. basically bring your legs with your chest as you set the rotation. this is important.
now, as you pop, you must pop into a flip that sends you backwards and to the right (think of it as a crooked backflip). but as i said before dont leave your legs behind. as you do this look over your left shoulder (spin leftside ).
This spin part akes the crooked back flip/lincoln seem natural. your lincoln shouldnt be too crooked, but if it isnt a little it is harder to set/land.

god damn that snow wasnt soft.... i got a shitty vhs camcorder so i have to put it on dvd then rip it to the computer... but i did it and set my rotation wrong i landed facing backwards just on my side... anyone else ever have this problem.... i also fucked my whole face up .. it dug in the snow and felt like i got uppercut really hard...
