Overall Overall this product is the best helmet I have ever used. It looks amazing, is extremely comfortable, and is the best protection you can buy. I am definitely a POC customer for life and love wearing this helmet. It is very light and comfortable, and I could not ask for anything more from a helmet. Performance This product performed very well. It kept me warm and made me feel very safe. I did not take any serious hits to the head, but on all my falls it stayed on fell and cushioned any impacts I felt. Design The design is amazing. The one little complaint that I have is that in order to really open the vents, you have to removes the inner padding, then take out the vent plugs, and then reattach the padding. However, I found that in the cold the helmet was very warm and when it did warm up it was not too toasty. This meant that I never needed to open the vents and still maintained a good temperature. The helmet feels bomb proof (which it is due to POC's amazing quality), and also is my favorite looking helmet that I have ever had. Value While it does cost a pretty penny, knowing that my head has the best protection, while looking stylish and being comfortable it was well worth the money. Fit The fit is pretty standard. I at first got a medium, but decided to go to a large (fitted hat size 7 1/4) as I was wearing a thin liner cap and goggles underneath with no ear pieces. When I finally got the large, I was not disappointed. It stays on your head as if it was specifically molded for you, and is extremely comfortable whether worn with ear pieces or without as I did. Durability While I did not take any truly serious hits to the head this past season, the helmet held up very well to multiple plane trips and branch hits, etc. I will be wearing it next season as well, no questions asked.
