Overall For what I do these skis are a 9/10 because they were about as all mountain as I could want them to be. They lose 1 point because the heaviness of the skis sometimes became a pain. Performance For what I like to do I couldn't have asked for a better ski. I'm no park rat so the Trix showed my the entire mountain (or lump) with relative ease and few hiccups. The Trix make a very deep carve and they are incredibly stable at high speeds (chatter is almost non-existant). The only downside I saw with the Trix was that they are very heavy and that may hinder park performance. Design The Mad_Trix were solid feeling from the day I bought them to this point. They aren't exactly the most eye appealing skis on the mountain because the black and white design is fairly simplistic. If you're looking to buy a ski for looks this isn't exactly for you. Value I bought the Trix at a ski show so the deal was about as good as I was gonna get it so ill have to say they were a relatively decent price. (w/bindings) Characteristics If you're looking to butter this ski then don't even bother buying or renting them because these beasts are solid. I have been using and abusing the Trix for 2-3 seasons and the flex pattern hasn't worn out a bit. Durability The Mad_Trix have nothing more than cosmetic scratches after 3 seasons of rock skimming, tree bashing, rail catching, and summer abuse. I don't think I need to explain the durability further than the fact that these are bomb proooof.
