Tips for doing a either front/or backflip?

Should i try a frontt or backflip first and do you have any pointers or anything?.. thanks

backflip first.

1.find a windlip or something where you can build a super poppy kicker with a soft landing
2. throw the flip and make sure you commit, looking back the whole time will help you spot the landing.
3.stomp the fuck out of it.
4. ride away like a g.

thanks guys.. and yah Ive done a front on a tramp not a back though.. but ill give whatever a try..

^ then go for front flip first so you comit and have your hands up right before you do the flip so you can throw your hands down real hard to make sure you get the flip around
