would this be awsome
now that winter is unfortunately coming to an end id usualy gear up for wakeboarding season. but i was wondering is it possible for there to be a twin tip waterski which enables u to pop off the wake and pull tricks and shit?...good science project lol
this idea comes up every year. I think it would be really awkward personally because of how wide the skis would have to be. Too clumsy and as of now, there is no ski that could get any air. There would have to be a totally new thning made. I say just stick to wakeboarding and wakeskating.
Under my name It sais beginner.
I am very discouraged to the fact that the site adminster didn't look at my profile or ask before doing something like this. I may be new to this website but I have been skiing more then most of you.
PLEASE research or ask before making such assumptions like this one.
Ive had this in my head for awhile, the only thing i could think of was mounting ski binder's and wearing boot's to have some damn good control of the ski, i want to try it but im to cheap to go out and buy ski's.
Just dip your dong in paint and smack your helmet with it.
i have these really old skis that are twintips, they are short like snowblades and really fat. tthey are gard to use cuz they have no fins(so u can spin on the water) so they are hard to control. ive gone water skiing 2 times and i can get air off the wake, not alot tho. let me find a pic
What good are snowblades anyways???
'Well, you could wear them in the parking lot to protect your boots'-Veteran
They make trick skis for the water, very short flat bottom and no fins, you can go backwards. I've also thought about straping on my spatulas and going for a spin behind the boat.
Yeah they already exsist but they are no where near as good as wakeboards.

To Huck. v. The act of throwing oneself off of a cornice, cliff, rock, or any other thing that results in an attempt to fly.
If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit.
If you want an alternative to wakeboard try slalom skiing, it's kinda like skiing powder, it's super fun and fast. Cutting turns on glass at 36 mph rivals making powder turns, though not as good.
but a hell of a good workout.
Just Huck It.
i'm not bagging on wakeboarding, i own a bunch of 'em, but either one offers it's own set of conditioning and they are both fun, wakeboarding more often and funner than slalom, but sometimes when it's pure glass it's nice to go cut some glass.
Just Huck It.
slalom is way more tiring than wakeboarding, when I wake board I feel so relaxed and slow. It just doesn't compare to laying down turns to me. Crossing the wake doing better than 50 is a pretty incredible feeling.
