Kartel 108 mounting?

Getting a pair of ON3P Kartel 108s and don't know where to mount them. ON3P says all their skis are designed for their recommended mount position but the kartel's recommended is -4.5 from center. This seems pretty far back as I would like to have a low swing weight and spin easily. I want this ski to be more pow/all mtn oriented but playful with the odd park lap. Sander sold me he thought -3 was ideal, any advice?

They will be PLENTY playful on the recommended line.

I went +1 from recommended on my 181s and will be skiing quite a bit of park.
But, I would go recommended if i had to do it again

Do u think they will still have low swing weight on recommended, I will actually rarely take these in the park and won't be doing rails. I want to be able to do spins easily. I can't decide between recommended or -3. When I ski I look for powder with my homies and just try to find cool natural features and practice 3s backflips and corks with grabs so I really wanna mount emmright! Any advice would be appreciated!

^Mine feel pretty centered, so I don't think recommended would feel too far back at all.

You know I have some On3p and they are pretty good mounted them center pretty good do a lot of triple cork 1080 just like my Dick

yeah skied them all last season at recommended and no complaints...perfectly far back for pow skiing, but also easy to spin around

If you're not riding them as park skis, 100% go recommended. The sidecuts feels much better there than -2.5, still plenty playful.
