Prototype of the Action Sports DC-LC 3000 (dual cavity w/ lifting cylinders), This press was build by Lindsey Rodgers in 1989 for Option Snowboards, it was later sold to KUU custom snowboards, then Hempcore and finally 7 Mile Skis has pressed skis in this press for the past 3 years. We are selling this press because we are redesigning our process and wanting to make a wider cavity with only one lifting cylinder cavity instead of 2. The upper cavity has been used for pneumatic mold compression while the lower cavity has been used for pressing wood cores and heat transfer sublimation graphics. Both cavities can be used between 10 - 13" wide and up to 8 ft long. bladders are high pressure fire hose line. Silicone heat blankets are watlow with watlow controllers.
