Trampolines with a Knee Brace
I'm about 11 months post-op from having my ACL and meniscus fixed, had a pretty good comeback season and have been feeling stronger everyday. Its been over a year since I last jumped on a trampoline and I'm feeling ready to start bouncing around again, but I'm not sure if I should wear my knee brace or not. Anyone ever bounced with a knee brace before? Does it feel weird or irritating at all?
lol just bring ur knee brace and try it on the trampoline if it feels weird then take it off

Trampolines don't have knees.
Get fulltilts, or just try it. You don't need to make a thread about it.
shred or die
up to you.
i would avoid it until you know your shits literally perfect because a trampoline seems like a gooooood way to blow out your knee again. ask a doctor, try it ect.
I am not the original kangbang.
I tweaked my knee pretty bad yesterday so I was thinking about trying this
