Line Chronic Length - help
height 180cm (6ft I guess for US)
type 3 skier
anyone that have ridden the chronic could tell me if I should go 171 178 or 185 on the length.
I'm not the absolutely expert skier, looking to ski all around the mountain and learn new park stuff with these.
178 or 185 really depends on your preferences. Longer skis will be more stable on jumps and in high speeds, shorter ones will have lower swing weight and possibly be more playful.
178 would be the best option for you for the park.
171 is way too short for someone of your height, and won't be as stable.
185 may be a little too long for just the park, so I would go for 178. However, if it is more for all mountain, you could go for 185.
Personally I go for the 178.
"If you think about it, park skiing is like a religion. We go to worship grounds (mountains) or even have our own shrines at home. We worship idols (tom wallz, t hallz, etc). Perform ancient rituals (backflips, shotgun beers, lip blind tru) and wear our religious garm (tall ts and full tilts)"-CHORIZO
yep .. 178 or 185 .. we'd go 185.
