japanadaIf the shop dimpled it, they should fix it for free. In the past when Ive done it, you take the screw out, I grind a mm or two off the head of the screw, reinsert with the appropriate glue. Then I heat the bases up and using a rubber mallet get them as flush as can be. I finish with a stone grind and tune.
I wish i could get the shop to do it trust me but where i live the shops are pathetic. I called them and they seriously said "We don''t even have the equipment to fix that" Also if they are this incompetent i'd rather just learn to do it myself.
