DBack1321Another vote for smaller. It's weird the fitter said "you can just buckle it tighter".
Yeah I wouldn't agree with the buckle it down tighter. I would always go down a size because it is easy to make a boot bigger but a boot that's bigger is hard to make small and won't preform as well, also a lot of good skiers downsize a size already for performance, my foot measures out 27.5 and I ski in a 26.5 salomon x max 120s and did a 3d custom shell and I still feel I have enough space to be comfortable. Moral of my story is always go smaller. Also get a foot bed, when you have a foot bed it keeps you from collapsing your arch and making your foot longer which will help with being Ina smaller boot.
