Sorry to remind anyone taking an AP course of these 3 hour long exams with monolithic standards. What tests are high schoolers of NS taking? Feel free to talk about the exams here when you finish. The rules call for not talking about these tests online but it really doesn't matter. I doubt anyone on the west coast will be checking NS right before the exam to gain insight on what the test will be like from someone who took it on the east coast.
john18061806 is taking AP Calc BC and AP Physics 1 algebra based
I'm a little freaked by AP Calc BC because there is a lot of material and the scoring guidelines for the calc FRQs are really anal over notation and references to theorems. I can easily get the right answers but I overlook those small things easily. It is nice how the test is half AB and half BC though.
Im thinking AP Physics 1 algebra based is going to be pretty easy, most of it is just common sense or plugging in numbers into equations. Most people in my class are going to crash and burn because it's the same day as AP English and my teacher really isn't adequately preparing us at all. Also since the test is new this year there aren't any practice exams from previous years online.
