Park Ski??

I have been looking for a good durable park ski and came across Head the Caddy's and the fischer nightsticks. I am 5'8 135 and somewhat new to the park. I have been using my k2 recoils which are awesome for all mountain but they are somewhat heavy and not poppy enough for the park, so i have noticed. I used my friends 176 Atomic Punx in the park and absolutely loved them, they were poppy and soft near the tips with good stability. Any recommendations or comments would be great.

The caddy is not a symmetrical ski, if you liked the the feel of the punx switch than get the punx. The caddy will be however, poppier than the punx and recoils and features 30% rocker in tip and tail similar to the recoils. The caddy is stiff underfoot and soft in tip and tails. I have heard that they are also durable.

The nightsticks are definitely on the stiffer side of things because they are a "comp park ski" thanks to the titanal/carbon fiber underfoot. However, they are extremely durable and stable. So, nightsticks are way stiffer and better durability.

yeah if you love the punx get the punx, if you don't wana have the same ski as your friend get volkl walls or volkl ledges. future spin would not be a bad choice for you either from what it sounds like.

Bro I been selling crack since the fifth grade. I saw my best friend get shot yesterday. I have a single teen mother and my father left her. Never seen him ever. look at your name you never been hood. You don't know the hood like this kid don't know how to use a forum.

I work at a ski shop and am firmiliar with both caddy's and nightsticks and I can tell you that the Nightsticks definatly one the stiffest if not the stiffest ski's on the market. So I would recommend the Caddy between the 2 however since your just starting out in the park I would go for a Chronic, Future spin, Ledge/Step, or Rossi Slat, all those are still a good mix of stiffness and playfulness that would probably be better for you. There's a reason big comp guys like Joss, A Jasper Tjader use stiffer skis like nightsticks and caddy's
