Kid at my mountain still skis these! He is like 5 foot 8 and rides the 140 version, not sure how he does it but he just does not want to get new skis.

I gave my pair to my cousin when he was learning park skiing. The nostalgia of the gesture sat heavy with me, although he diddn't understand as much. Its really something watching this sport evolve to what it is today. In a Mere ten years we have seen a complete metamorphosis of a sport. Of course, my cousin beat those skis up to hell and back, just as ULLR intended.

I still swap a set of FKS's on these bad boys and rip the mounting buttering like Land-o-lakes at least once a season. Saw them in a pic of THall podiuming in the x-games and all the armada skis from that season were in the air around him throughout the crowd. At that moment I knew I had to have them...

There was a kid at my home mountain who was riding OG ar5's the year the retro ar7 graphic came out and everyone thought he was just another park rat with ar7's, but further examination revealed that he had the raddest skis on the hill.

Haha we had a pair of these come into the shop last season... We were just like "save yourself the trouble, weight, and medical expenses and buy a new set of clamps"
