I've had it for about a week now, it runs super smooth, quality is good, ad skip is nice, plus I've heard it's more upgradable on the backend, so updates to it will come faster. All around, it's good.

arose from my chrome settings, where I set it so i must 'click to play' plugins. i changed it to this after facebook set videos to autoplay. as for what happens, the thumbnail for the video is there, the animation for clicking play occurs, but nothing happens afterward.
videos work if i set the plugins to run automatically.
settings are here for chrome: chrome://chrome/settings/content
Buttons like spacebar and esc should automatically play/pause or exit fullscreen. Also, when I start a video in order to watch it I have to click the loading bar.
Videos play the ads and then wont play the video, refreshed the page like 10 time and watched the ad every time but no video after the ad, I havent been able to watch anything but youtube embeded videos on here since the new format was introduced
One of my videos sort of stalled up after the ad and wouldn't play, but another video worked fine. I'm on chrome. Also, if you change the quality after the ad, it restarts the ad which is kind of annoying. I waited till after the add to do that. Although I guess I'll just change the quality at the start. Otherwise it seems to work properly.
I can't watch anymore vids with my notebook. They all lag so much (like 1-2fps) and really don't know why... Vimeo hd works and youtube 1080p works great, even porn hd works; just NS doesn't.

Didn't want to come off as a douchebag but the videoplayer isn't loading the way it should... It takes alot of time to load the video and sometimes it just freezes and won't play so i have to change video qaulity and then it will play, for like 2 secs and instantly starts buggig... OH wait you guys tried to mess with ppl that have adblock?.. Cause i maaaaay be running ad block...

Nope, didn't try to fuck with people who use adblock / don't think we will ever go that route. The video player was simply pushed out early due to unforeseen circumstances and now we're scrambling to fix all the issues ASAP.
The problem is that unless we know how / when / what is going on when a video isn't working, it's very hard for us to dig deeper and figure out what's causing the bug.
I come here sporadically, but every time it's like checking in on the progress of another world. I think this site is a reflection of the community it serves, and I hope it's here forever. I like the new video layout, though some parts could be improved.
I'm having the same issue. It made me have to watch that stupid toyota commercial like 10 times. It just freezes at the end of the commercial for me. I'm on the latest firefox browser.
